As you may know, the BrightShare site has been unstable recently. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and with your cooperation, we look forward to resolving the issue.

After in-depth testing, it appears that most of the issues are individual per affiliate. If you encounter any issues with our site, please send an email to support@brightshare.com and let us know what problem you experienced.

Please include:

• User name
• Your full URL
• Date and time of the problem
• Do you see any impressions and clicks on your own clicks counter?
• Do you get an error notice or a blank page?
• The type of browser you are using.
• Are you logging in from a network or from a personal PC?
• IP address (if it is a network, then please include the main IP).
• A screen shot of the issue.

All Slots and All Jackpots are in the process of localizing their homepages for the UK, Australian and Canadian markets.

UK visitors at All Jackpots will now be greeted by the familiar London skyline on the site’s new homepage. A new Australian design was also recently launched, featuring Melbourne. The All Jackpots Canadian page will go live shortly.

At All Slots, Australian visitors to the site will immediately recognize the familiar Poli logo, highlighting the popular and top-recommended payment method in the country. Canadians at All Slots will feel right at home, with a maple leaf motif and the recommended payment method, Instadebit. A new design for the UK audience is nearing completion and will go live soon.

Let the Games Begin: The Olympian Playoffs!

In the spirit of the winter games, the Jackpot Factory is launching a competition to challenge the players to rise to the top and go for the gold. Five games will be featured, each with its own scoreboard. Players will earn points on each scoreboard between February 9th and March 7th. 1,000 prizes worth a total of $50,000 are up for grabs!
